Pneumatic oscillating knife

The oscillation drive is carried out by the pressurized air supplied to the machine. The speed of oscillation and force is regulated by controlling the air flow and there is no possibility of precise adjustment from the computer. The head is characterized by a very high oscillation speed, thanks to which it is possible to cut materials with very high efficiency and speed. Due to the method of generating vibrations, their strength is lower than in electric heads, therefore there is no possibility of working in materials that put up much resistance. Using the head increases the air consumption of the machine. Operation without oscillations is possible after using an additional module operating interchangeably with the oscillation module. The head of this type works well in the case of cutting foam and packaging sponges, thin layers of textile materials, large-format cardboard cutting.
