A separate group of materials that are cut on our machines are gasket materials. These are various types of materials resistant to high temperature, rubber mixtures, reinforced mixtures, materials based on cellulosic materials, fiber or various types of silicones. High-temperature materials made of graphite and graphite reinforced with mesh and steel sheet are very difficult to cut as they stratify with the reciprocating movement of the knife. Such materials can be cut successfully thanks to the use of a special pressure pad that compresses this material at the cutting point, preventing the material from tearing through the rising knife. We provide the ability to quickly and efficiently cut gasket materials reinforced with mesh and steel sheet due to the use of a special very strong servo head 2x servo, which has one servo drive to set the angle of the knife in the direction of cutting and the second servo drive allows you to make oscillations with great force. Due to the fact that often the knife has to break through the mesh or sheet, we used a 0.4kW servo drive, which is a record when it comes to the power of the drive to oscillate the knife in this type of machine. Of course, the machine is equipped with a vacuum table, which allows the suction of materials often this type of machine is equipped with a scanning head that allows scanning from the original shape to which there is no documentation allows us to copy or recreate a damaged gasket without tedious drawing. All you have to do is put the old seal on the table, scan it with a touch scanner and you can immediately recreate the shape by cutting out the new material.
