CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Kimla machines are designed to process materials by milling, cutting, die cutting or burning, on computer-controlled machines (CNC machines). Simple in design and operating, they are characterized by extraordinary reliability, as well as high innovation at the same time. They have been designed entirely by Polish engineers, guided primarily by achieving high-performance which in many cases exceeds the productivity of CNC machines made by foreign producers. What is more, our machines are very easy to use.
With their unique and innovative control system, which determines the dynamic parameters of transition by analyzing consecutive vectors interactively, we have increased the productivity of our CNC machines by shortening the total time of cutting or engraving an element to a minimum. Due to the fact that most of the components used in our machines are manufactured in Poland, we are able to provide the shortest time frame for service among the competition.
The CNC control system with CAD / CAM / NESTING software is produced in our company, so we guarantee the highest integrity of the system, and we give it an advantage to its inventiveness by applying unique technologies developed in our company. Due to the fact that new solutions are implemented into our machines every few months, our machines always contain the latest solutions. The control software runs under Windows and is in English/ Polish language. The control system includes a unique module of the dynamic analysis of vectors, which considerably increases the efficiency of the machine, especially for complex shapes, and the use of servo drives which communicate by real-time Ethernet enables extremely accurate mapping of the machined shape by minimizing dynamic errors of the position. In the first half of 2008, we introduced the latest version of the control system including a module of the dynamic analysis of third-generation vectors. The monolith and ground steel supporting structure of the table and the spatial ribbed elements of the gate, which are cast of constructional light alloys and cast iron, ensure the beneficial body mass ratio to the moving parts. This provides excellent dynamics of the machines.
In the BPF machines all sliding elements have been eliminated in favour of linear rolling bearings. The drives ratio is implemented by precision ground rolling screws without any backlash, which provides positioning resolution up to 0.001mm. Our CNC machines enable milling 3D spatial forms, which allows to perform various types of tools: injection moulds, casting models, for thermoforming, jacks and punches for moulds and dies. We are able to resolve any issues regarding specific applications by adjusting the dimensions of the machines and their equipment for specific needs of the customer.
Kimla CNC machines are able to process any material which undergoes treatment. You can cut and mill plastic, foam, solid wood, MDF, plywood, hard materials, composites, metals and stone. After installing the cutting head with an active oscillating knife you can cut corrugated cardboard, rubber, leather, textile materials, templates or masks of rubber, foil, or plastics. The possibility of installing multiple parallel heads provides even greater efficiency. Our CNC milling machines have been working in hundreds of Polish companies in various industries for many years.
