The vacuum table is made of waterproof HPL material. The area of operation of the vacuum can be flexibly adjusted thanks to the modular structure of the table. The construction of the table allows the use of accessories for the vacuum clamping of SCHMALZ elements. A standard BECKER vacuum pump with a capacity of 250 m3 per hour allows for strong attachment of even small elements. Vacuum tables are suitable for fixing and processing wood materials and wood-based panels as well as facade materials (dibond, hpl,). Mounting the plates on the vacuum table is much faster than on other tables, because it does not require additional equipment (holders, fastening screws). The table can be divided into sections. On the vacuum table, it is possible to perform a basing system in the form of positioning with automatically retractable pins.
